What are the workouts like?

Our workouts are designed for you to take in the comfort of your own home. They will get the heart beating fast and incorporate some weight bearing routines as well as some stretching. Our workouts will be led by Bradley or an instructor approved by Bradley.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we are currently offering a five day free trial for new members. Select your plan and enjoy it free for the first five days.

How do I cancel my free trial?

Cancel any time before the 5th day for no charge. To cancel sign in to the website and click on Account from the menu. Once in the Account page, click on Billing and then under your Active Plan click on Change Plan. Now click Cancel Membership and follow the instructions.

What subscription options do you offer?

We offer 3 different subscription options to our users, see below.

You pay £25 a month (cancel at any time)

£136 upfront for 6months (£23 a month)

£264 upfront for 12months (£22 a month)

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

If you choose the £25 rolling payment plan than you have the option to cancel at any time. You will continue to have access until your current monthly membership cycle finishes and no further charges will be taken.

Our 6 month & 12 month upfront payment plan does not allow for you to cancel at any time nor can we offer a refund.

Will I be charged for cancelling my subscription?

No you will not incur any charges for cancelling your monthly subscription. But we will be sad to see you go!

How do I cancel my subscription?

Sign in to the website and click on Account from the menu. Once in the Account page, click on Billing and then under your Active Plan click on Change Plan. Now click Cancel Membership and follow the instructions.

Will the workouts play on all devices?

Yes. By default, the videos are optimised to play on all web browsers including on mobile without the need for apps. The built-in video players also support AirPlay and Chromecast functionality, so you can cast your videos to your TV.

Do you offer other big screens apps for Roku and Android TV?

You'll soon be able to bring your virtual classes to the big screen with our extra TV apps slated for November 2021 release.

Can I choose between app and website? Will they both work?

Yes. Your Get It Done subscription gives you access to all apps and the website without any extra charges. If you prefer to use the website on your laptop then that’s absolutely fine.

Can I download the workouts to my phone?

Yes. Live Workouts can be downloaded to your phone using our iOS and Android apps only. All workouts will also be available to view for 7 days on the website.

What video quality can I expect?

Our multi-bitrate adaptive streaming ensures the best experience and consistent quality, regardless of the bandwidth or location.

What safeguards do you use to avoid video buffering or playback issues?

Our video streaming partner uses a technology called a CDN (Content Delivery Network) that’s responsible for delivering our videos. It is the same technology both Netflix and YouTube use, so you’re in good hands. We also use multi-bitrate streaming to stream your videos so they are transcoded for multi-device delivery for optimum viewing experience.

Can I watch over the mobile internet?

Streaming and playback quality will depend on your ISP and mobile network provider, we recommend 4G or connecting via your home WiFi.

Do I need equipment for the work outs?

Not all workouts will require equipment and you can get creative and improvise with what you have at home. But for best results you will need a pair dumbbells between 5-15kg and/or another pair of dumbbell between 2-5kg depending on your fitness levels.

Resistant bands will be needed for all glute warm up/activation exercises.

Lastly, a yoga or exercise matt for stretching, yoga/Pilates classes and comfort.

Are there alternative recipes for specific dietary needs?

There are some examples on the website for healthy meals or you can purchase my book GET IT DONE online for a variety of recipes including vegan and vegetarian options as well as valuable nutritional guidance.

How do I reset my password?
